Elysiasi Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Elysiasi Digital Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) purchased or redeemed on elysiasi.com.

1. Gift Card Values

Elysiasi Gift Cards are available in the following denominations:
€20, €30, €50, and €100.

2. Validity Period

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be automatically cancelled and will not be refunded.

3. How to Use the Gift Card

The Gift Card can be used to purchase any product available on elysiasi.com, including items that are already discounted, on sale, or part of a promotion.

Gift Cards may be redeemed in one or multiple transactions until the total balance has been fully used or the expiry date is reached.

4. Restrictions

• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another payment method.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
• Only one currency (Euro) is available for Gift Card purchases and redemption.
• Lost, deleted, or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

5. Balance & Partial Payments

If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using any other accepted payment method available at checkout.

If the purchase amount is lower than the available balance, the unused value will remain on the Gift Card until the expiry date.

6. General Terms

All orders placed using a Gift Card are subject to Elysiasi’s general Terms & Conditions, including those relating to deliveries, returns, refunds, product warranties, and privacy.

If an order purchased with a Gift Card is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit or an Elysiasi Gift Card, in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Right to Cancel Gift Card Purchase

In line with applicable consumer laws, digital Gift Cards may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the Gift Card has not been redeemed. Once the Gift Card has been used, even partially, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Fraud & Misuse

Elysiasi reserves the right to block or cancel any Gift Card that is suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
